“I’m thrilled to be part of the CCR Energy family” says Bettina, “as this is a pivotal moment where innovation and sustainability intersect – and I’m incredibly excited about the potential we have to drive positive change.”
Bettina’s expertise extends beyond conventional boundaries, with a keen focus on fostering collaborations that amplify our impact. “It’s about forging meaningful connections,” she explains, “because by aligning with like-minded innovators, we can accelerate the adoption of sustainable solutions.”
And Bettina’s efforts have already borne fruit – her strategic introductions enabling CCR Energy to cultivate potentially game-changing relationships with enterprises who share our values. “We’re not just building partnerships; we’re cultivating a community committed to driving change,” she emphasises.
Pushing boundaries with like-minded innovators
One standout development has been the recent exploration of Copenhagen Atomics, a groundbreaking event that mirrors CCR Energy’s commitment to innovation.
“Our visit to Copenhagen was truly enlightening,” Bettina reflects. “The collaboration between Copenhagen Atomics, the Nuclear Industry Association, and the British Embassy in Denmark, showcased how a fusion of visionary minds can produce the solutions we need for a sustainable future.”
During the gathering, Copenhagen Atomics, articulated a compelling vision for the future of nuclear energy. “We were challenged to think beyond the confines of traditional approaches,” Bettina explains “and it’s this disruptive mindset that resonates with CCR Energy’s ethos of pushing boundaries.”
A key role in the CCR Energy journey
In particular, the tour of Copenhagen Atomics’ state-of-the-art facility provided invaluable insights into Thorium molten salt technology.
“It was awe-inspiring to witness firsthand the innovative strides being made in the field,” Bettina recalls.
“From welding bays to prototype reactors operating at over 600 degrees Celsius, the journey through the facility exemplified the power of paradigm-shifting innovation.”
As the Aberthaw project gains momentum, Bettina’s role will become increasingly important to CCR Energy’s own journey: “We’re not just embracing change; we’re driving it,” she asserts. “And with every connection made, every collaboration forged, CCR Energy edges closer to realising our vision of a greener, more sustainable future.”
