Rob is the Head of Project Delivery for CCR Energy Ltd, having previously served as the Head of Infrastructure at Cardiff Capital Region. Rob’s current focus is on Project Management Delivery, Procurement, Skills, Social Value and Performance Management.

With over 35 years of experience in the public sector in South East Wales, Rob has built a distinguished career in property management, procurement, business transformation, and major programme delivery.

Rob’s professional journey is marked by his dedication to improving the infrastructure and services in his community and is passionate about our efforts to drive economic resilience and environmental sustainability across the region.
