A highly experienced Chartered Civil Engineer with over 36 years of diverse local government experience, Marcus is currently an Executive Director at Caerphilly County Borough Council, leading a broad portfolio that includes infrastructure, waste, environment, and housing. He has extensive expertise in delivering and managing large-scale infrastructure projects and maintenance programmes for one of the largest authorities in Wales. Marcus brings this depth of knowledge to the Board to support informed decision-making and ensure the successful delivery of complex, high-value programmes.
